Results, observations, and relevant considerations are reviewed with the client to support informed decision-making. These services do not include appraisal development or value conclusions.

Any agreed-upon summaries, reports, or supporting materials are prepared and delivered electronically unless otherwise arranged. Records related to the engagement are securely retained.
